it do have mantainer.. and is me :)

that is good, some strings are not translated yet, last time I done a
bit of work only, I have more important tasks in the flyspray core ATM ;)

Good, get the svn version of flyspray (the 0.9.9 branch)

svn co http://svn.ivt.com.au/flyspray/branches/0.9.9 flyspray-dev

and use the lang/.langedit.php and lang/.langdiff.php tools.

atm, most of the untranslated strings are already on the file, I need to
complete it at some point , but you can be great help. thanks.
