First of all, which iPaq model do you use?
The ttySB0 will only exist on H3870 iPaqs (AFAIK). It is the serial
interface to the Bluetooth chipset (CSR) integrated into the iPaq core
ASIC.
So if you have a H3870 you should load the h3600_asic kernel module. You
should then have the device automatically in /dev/ (this will be
automatic since the iPaq uses the devfs).
