It's a 3970 (I'm currently working in the same lab as Gillian). Looking at the
documentation (http://www.handhelds.org/z/wiki/BluetoothHowto), this implies
that we should be using /dev/tts/1 instead... We'll give it a try when she gets
back from class.

What model of ipaq are you using? /dev/ttySB0 is only appropriate on
H3870 units, and the device should already exist on those machines.
