Creating /dev/ttySB0 on a Linux iPAQ

Hi there,

 

I am trying to install all the Bluetooth packages and get it up and running on an iPAQ running Familiar Linux.  I realized I don’t have a /dev/ttySB0 in my build.  What is the best way to install that directory properly for use with BlueZ?
