and Linux m/c

Right now I am trying to implement FTP across this bluetooth connection.
After going through the messages...
I downloaded and installed
openobex-1.0.0
obexftp -0.10.3
openobex-apps-1.0.0
Now when i use obexserver i get :
obexserver: error while loading shared libraries: libopenobex-1.0.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
and when i do :
obexftp -d 00:e0:98:85:8d:0e
obexftp -p 00:e0:98:85:8d:0e
i get
No custom transport
Connecting...failed: connect
Still trying to connect
Connecting...failed: connect
Still trying to connect
Connecting...failed: connect
Still trying to connect
and in the var/log/messages i get:
modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module net-pf-23
i read the message board n somebody had similar prob..u had recommended to add
service using sdptool add ftrn ...but thts solving in it...
please help....
other quries ::
Do i need to have to Linux m/c for using scotest ?
cause i can set scotest to listen but dont know how to initate with windows...
