commit questions

i'll just assume that it is cool for me to commit changes to xSC3lang 
in line with adding opengl support to SC if i do not receive a response 
to my previous queries. if it is not cool for me to go ahead and commit 
changes then somebody please say something and we can discuss why it's 
not alright and come up with a workable plan.
