Added Files:
   in mb_server/htdocs/scripts:
        debug.js domloaded.js sidebar.js 
Log Message:
added the "unobstructive"-js files (=> script tags always use external files, 
no js code in the html source but <script> tags)

domloaded.js -> trigger function which is run at the bottom of the page, before 
the body onload event for DOM manipulations
sidebar.js -> setup the sidebar when the elements in the DOM are available, 
else the page would flicker noticeably. 
debug.js -> js application trace, won't be visible to the user, unless they 
choose to (or hardwire it to g0llum) :)
