Log Message:
Merged album and albumbatch move handling, so the operations are consistent and 
no code duplication exists.
- changed default setting for "move tracks" depending on the type of the album: 
move tracks for single artist album, keep track artists for multiple artist 
albums
- allow creation of new artists, when no identically named artist exist + fixed 
bug, that prevented showing the warning, when an identically named artist is 
already in the DB
- better help texts depending on the various cases
- removed now unused 'move.html' and 'move-confirm' in edit/albumbatch/

Closes: #972  "Move album batch operation does not also move tracks"
