Don't load DBI explicitly - pointless.  It will be loaded by MusicBrainz.pm if
it's needed.

        ConvertReplicationPacketToXML 
Log Message:
Read the Pending and PendingData dump files and produce a Lucene change packet
in Matthias' XML format.  *Much* more efficient than doing this using SQL
while it's still in the database.
