Log Message:
Overhauled the cron scripts.
Moved configuration out into admin/config.sh. Moved common parts out into
admin/functions.sh, and also admin/RunExport.
Created new config settings for more things (e.g. file modes).
Restructured the files produced by the nightly export.
Generally made "daily.sh" run "safer", by working in a dedicated temporary
directory instead of /tmp.
Only back up CVS/Wiki/Apache if the config is non-blank for these sections.
