Timestamp more messages. Fixed up the procedure to get replication started on
the master: current_replication_sequence changes from NULL to zero, and a
dummy replication packet #0 is written.
Don't forget to dump replication_control too.
Split out the stats tables into their own archive, separate from moderation.
This is because the stats tables are replicated, but the moderation ones
aren't.
Renamed the "private" archive from "mbdump-moderator" to "mbdump-private".
Renamed the replication packets to "replication-/n/.tar.bz2".
Don't attempt to archive files we didn't produce.
