Removed the *words indexes, which we've now turned into primary keys.
Removed the *words "wordidindex"es, which didn't exist anyway.

Log Message:
Allow current_replication_sequence to be NULL - this means we're not at any
particular replication point (yet).  Start at NULL, not zero.
