Log Message:
Rewrote ->SetUserInfo.  Now called as an object method with a hash of changed
fields.  The SQL then uses query placeholders instead of $sql->Quote.
Also ensure that "true" is returned where appropriate (IIRC this bug has
already been fixed on live).
