When there's only one album, make it more obvious that to merge you need to
go and tag more albums, and provide a handy link to help you do just that.
Also show that link in the general blurb about "You can go and tag more
albums ..."

Added a "Merge this album" link (which just tags the album in one click).
Split the links across the top into two rows; firstly, things for this artist,
and secondly, things specific to this album.
