Re: Meeting
Hi again :)
After this past weekend's meeting, it's been decided that those who
wish to participate with the website should get together and meet this
coming weekend, if at all possible. It is my understanding that there
will be another 'general' meeting saturday at approximately the same
time as the last meeting. We still need to decide on a time for the
Web meeting.
If you wish to contribute to the website, whether by creating graphics,
content, maintenance, etc, you should try to attend this meeting.
We're trying to establish a time which works for as many people as
possible, so reply to this mailing list if you would like to attend,
and please let us know your timezones and availability. Watch this
space for the official meeting time.

Hi All,
I haven't seen an announcement on the mailing list, but this meeting
has been moved to midnight Saturday 16th Sydney time (4pm in Europe,
3pm London, 10am US east coast). (Hope those times are correct!)
Sorry for the last minute notice.
I've also noticed that we have a lot of people who would like to
contribute to the website. If any of these people want to come along
to the meeting we might be able to discuss tasks. In particular we
are looking for people who are able to contribute time to ongoing
maintenance and updating of the website.

Help Please
I need some help. I am sick of MS, Windows and
everything to do with their crap, and am desperate to
get a stable OS to work with.
Ark Linux was recommended, and I downloaded the v8.1
ISO file, burned it on a CD and booted it up. I need
to create a dual install with Win98 until I get Linux
running.
The installation gets to the screen where you set the
drive space for each OS, then I get a small dialog box
that says "Mount Failed", with an OK button. I have
tried this 4 times withthe same result. Any helpful
suggestion would be appreciated!
Technical crap:
Pentium 1000mHz Processor
256 MB RAM
30 GB HD (28 GB free, I attempted to designate 10GB
for Linux and 20 for Windows)
Thank you for your help!
