Yes, he knows about it. There was another discussion about it recently.
But it is mysterious. I have tried this on 2 machines, and it fails on
both, at the same place, but with quite different errors. And it seems
also to be related to a mysterious failing of the compilation of emacs21
at a similar place which also happens to some people and not to others
(for me it happens on one of the two machines). I suspect a buffer
overflow, but I don't have much time to debug right now.
