Except that this is a horrible example since no packages ever need to
depend on ncurses. (and it will always be rebuilt for 10.2)

A better example is given by the singular-libfac package, now with a
10.2
version in dists/10.2/unstable/main/finkinfo/sci .
It looks like this could be done with a script. (the adding of versions
to depends and builddepends) At least once we get everything added with
GCC: 3.1.
Then we wouldn't have to worry about it.
