What's new with CGI.pm (was: RE: CGI.pm 2.92 buglet)

Hi guys,

I try to follow your ping-pong games about adding new things to CGI.pm.
Since I use the module heavily under mod_perl 1.x, I was kind of startled
by Perrin's mail, saying

I am currently using CGI.pm 2.91 and I am under the impression that 
changing into the now released 2.93 would change the world, but could
also destroy that world. Can any of you (a) tell me what I can now 
do with 2.93 that I couldn't with 2.91 (something with $r perhaps) and
(b) assure me that my apps won't bust if I do this update (you will
not be brought to justice if you were wrong on this one ;-) ).
