This problem with the pools arose from a problem around May 24, 2004, where compat/send_fd and directive/setupenv were failing when ran after apr/pool (all were fine in isolation). Commenting out the stuff in apr/pool allowed the other tests to pass. This situation hasn't changed with the current cvs - apr/pool, compat_send_fd, and directive_setupenv all run fine in isolation, with or without that section in pool.pm commented out, but if one uncomments those tests in pool.pm, then perl t/TEST apr/pool compat/send_fd perl t/TEST apr/pool directive/setupenv fail - the message returned being response had protocol HTTP/0.9 (headers not sent?) -- best regards, randy
