This warning has been added recently to bleadperl by Dave Mitchell as
part of his work on closures. Look it up in bleadperl's perldiag.pod.

I think the best and simpler fix would be to turn @SAVED_SYMBOLS into
a global variable instead of making it lexical.

BTW I just integrated CGI 3.01 into bleadperl (change #21928 for
the record.)
