PASS: mp2 + 5.8.0-ithread on MacOSX

Hi!

Stas asked me to post my build results on MacOSX 10.2.6
Passes all tests using modperl and httpd from CVS, perl 5.8.0-ithread,
with prefork MPM. I'll be testing the other MPMs shortly.
