I'm planning a special package which will work with both versions. Makefile.PL 
will require this package to proceed. Optionally CPAN module developers can 
use CPAN::MakeMaker to bundle this special package with their distro.
I'm also planning to add it to both 1.0 and 2.0, to minimize the dependancy.
