Bug#406650: libapache2-mod-chroot: php5 ssl connection to postgresql is bro: msg#00000apache.mod-chroot.general
This problem (if it was a real problem) is resolved, please close this bugreport. I use mpm_prefork_module, i made the following tests: I set MinSpareServers and StartServers to 1 and I restart the apache daemon. Then I have attached strace to the www-data apache process and i have try to established a ssl connection to my postgresql server, apache daemon try to find some files like /dev/urandom /dev/random /dev/entropy .... I solved this problem while creating a new urandom file in the apache's chroot PS: Sorry for the delay in my response,i was on holiday without computer in February
