this is an issue which still occurs when compiling with
the SUN compiler, see

The #define __STDC_ISO_10646__ is  not defined in this case.
You can try to remove lines 143 and 166 from src/unicodehelper.cpp

143: #if defined(__STDC_ISO_10646__)
166: #endif
