CVS HEAD Linux build

I am not having any joy trying to build the CVS Head (as of 3/3/2005) on 
Linux (Fedora 3 upto date)

I dowanloaded an build apr/apr-iconv/apr-utils into /usr/local/apr

i then downloaded CVS Head (also downloaded/build and installed 
cpptasks.jar into $ANT_HOME/lib)
then i run
 ant -Dapr.dir=/usr/local/ant
It fails trying to compile timezone.cpp (error: `INT64_C' undeclared 
(first use this function))

I also tried by not defining apr.dir and letting ant download and build 
apr, no difference, same error.

Has anyone built CVS HEAD on Linux recently?
