It seems that the propset value for many of the DITA files has not been set.  
While the majority of the files have a propset value of "native", the ones that 
have no value can cause EOL bugs in the DITA building process on Linux/Unix 
environments.  These files need to have a propset value of "native."

Some examples of files that do not have the property set:

adminguide/tadminapps811302.dita
adminguide/tadminapps811345.dita
adminguide/tadminapps811695.dita
