Ahh, last I knew wpa_supplicant was disabled in generic_x86. Look in /
system/bin/wpa_supplicant to verify and then look through the target makefiles for the key to enable. > ah ok, i'll try disabling in android.... also the egalax is configured in > the kernel config as =y so it should be loaded by default yes? aka it's not > a module? Yeah, unless that support is a subset of another module, I'm not sure how it works. Try searching through the dmesg to find out what the kernel is doing with the input device. There is also a new conglomerate driver that is being worked on which may include support for you device. I think it is hid-multitouch, but I doubt your device is multitouch so the driver may not support it. Seems to me there was grief a while back about the egalax devices. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android-x86" group. Next Message by Thread:Re: HP Mini Support in Android X86Chih-Wei has integrated my method into the tree. All you need to do is CONFIG_WL=m in the kernel config. It will download the driver from broadcom's website and build it with the kernel.
