Thanks for your help. I intalled the glibc6-devel package. Configure
runned well. The next step is make.. but there is "command not found".
I agree with you, this isn't a SWI-prolog specific problem. I understand
when nobody can help me.

I do not think this is a SWI-prolog specific issue. Your C
compiler/loader seems to be wrongly configured or installed.
Note that on my fedora system, I have a file /usr/lib/crt1.o which is
part of the glibc-devel package. Please check if you have installed
all developement packages you need. Hope this helps,
