I would like to know if anyone on the list has an ebuild for compiling and installing swi-prolog. Note that I am interested in the full installation, not just the "lite" version.

Rather confusingly, the ebuilds in dev-lang/swi-prolog-lite comprise both full and lite versions:

5.0.10 (lite)
5.1.13 (full)
5.2.11 (full)
5.3.14 (full)
5.4.7 (full)
5.5.39 (full)

I see. As I am still learning this stuff... how can you tell if it is full or lite? Need I change anything to get full install?

The reason I ask is because I have installed (stable) 5.1.13 and xpce does not work (No GUI help system nor emacs).

Many of these ebuilds are keyword masked.

Hmmm... I would have unmask 5.5.39 and given it a try but the "full" 5.1.13 is not working so I will try to get 5.1.13 w/ xpce working first.

Thank you,
Hugo Ferreira.

Thanks,

Keri
