Popup Balloons Move Google Map within Frame

I have a map that uses the google API to display houses in a specific
area. Mousing over the houses should cause a balloon to appear with
information regarding the house. Everything works expect the balloons
cause the map to move around. Is there an easy way to prevent this
from happening? The map is currently located at:

http://www.ladyofthelakes.com/map/control.php
