Map have scrollbars at Chrome but not at IE or Firefox?

Hi guys,

Here's my map:http://chatonmap.appspot.com/
That's a chat room based on google map with gwt, appengine.
I'm wondering why it looks like different at chrome and other
browsers. It's more weird there's a certain period the map didn't
bring scrollbar at chrome but did cause scrollbar at IE and Firefox.
I tried to resize the map with lots of pairs of width and height but
not to show map with a RIGHT size(no gap or a slim gap with the parent
Panel).
Any hint will be appreciated. TIA!
