[android-beginners] How to upload the application to the G1 Phone

Hello,

 I just finished making some basic applications on Eclipse, however
not sure how to upload this application to the phone. Do I have to
register for Market to upload this application even though I don't
want others to download my application? I just want to test out the
application on the real phone.
