[android-beginners] Problems installing ADT into Eclipse

Just downloaded android (1.5_r3 for windows) and eclipse (3.3 for
windows).  Launched eclipse to add (ADT) Androd Plugin using following
instructions:  Under Help > Software Updates > Find and Install.  Then
"Search for new features to install".  Then "New Remote Site" with URL
= https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ etc.  Get error "Android
Development Tools (...version info ...) requires plug-in
'org.eclipse.gef' ".  So whats the deal with this org.eclipse.gef ?
