            Bug ID: 62396
           Summary: IPV4 Only Bind Problem to localhost port 443
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.4.29
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
          Assignee: bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: meekara@xxxxxxxxx
  Target Milestone: ---

Hi All,

I'm using apache version Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) on my server. My server is
configured to use only ipv4. On my system witth ipv4 I could not bind apache to
localhost service complains there is already process bounded to https port
although there is no other process bounded. My server config is below.

<IfModule ssl_module>
        Listen localhost:443
</IfModule>

If I enabled ipv6 apache bounds to localhost at port 443 without any problem.
It seems that apache 2.4.29 do not allow IP usage with Listen directive.
