it would host a jcache implementation backed by a concurrenthashmap (based on the original patch i did for jcs but which was not aligned with the project for obvious reason).

Interesting is to have a super light and fast implementation usable in most cases without having a dependency and size impact on your app. For advanced cases ehcache/jcs/etc will stay better fit probably.

Wdyt? Any objection to create the project since all is ready?
