OSCON Google and O'Reilly will be presenting the first annual Google-O'Reilly Open Source Awards.
Join your fellow developers, and open source enthusiasts, in saluting individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to open source in the past year.
Between Larry Wall's Annual State of the Onion speech and a new talk by Paul Graham, Google and O'Reilly will be awarding five prizes of $5,000 to individuals our judges* have recognized as the leading Communicator, Hacker, Diplomat, Integrator, and Evangelist for 2005.
